OK, I suggest we not only write to her, but also take other action.
First, we should all be writing to Ed Rendell. The message should be that if he doesn't denounce her and call for her resignation, it would be like acknowledging that he thinks it is OK for politicians to crash people's funerals. If he doesn't then do it, we can use it in the next election against him or his successor.
We should write Bob Casey and do the same thing, and if he doesn't call for her resignation we can use it against HIM in the next election.
I am not a big fan of making people "denounce" other ordinary people simply because they have the same party affiliation, but since this is an ELECTED DEMOCRAT LEADER I think it is appropriate to force other democrats who I'm sure campaigned for her and voted for her to voice their opinion on this.
THose of us who live in Pennsylvania (not me) should also start a letter-writing campaign to every newspaper in the state, highlighting HER actions and then whatever response or non-response we get from the other democrat leaders.
You've seen how the democrats play the game, with the major attacks on Senator Santorum for his comment about Boston and the Catholic Church scandal. Well, showing up at a Marine's funeral and pestering the mourners with anti-war slogans and your business card is an ACTION that is certainly much worse than the statements Santorum made.
