Fast Eddie Rendell (Governor) is also the one who fought like hell to get the incarcerated convicted felons to vote, which is illegal in Penna. Rendell is a lawyer and you can bet your boots that he knew his actions were illegal, however getting Hanoi John elected was MORE important than the Commonwealth's laws. He's above the law, don't ya know?
As far as I know his illegal activities haven't been challenged by any of our state representatives!
