If Roberts wants to go down in history as one of the great SCUTUS justices he will help overturn Roe. Otherwise he protects the status-quo and becomes a Souter-clone.
I just don't get you guys sometimes.
He's been nominated. He's a conservative. Ok, maybe we don't know if he's conservative enough. But what are we going to do now? Ask the Republicans to not vote for the guy?
C'mon. Get a grip people. There's at least one more coming in the next couple of years. Slowly but surely we'll get the right court.
