I used to feel like the CIA was our security blanket....thought they could do their jobs while being apolitical. Naive, I know.

As for the self-acclaimed Republican in the group of four - I think not. Would be curious as to how long he has been "registered". His words were straight out of the "I used to be a Republican but....." DNC talking points pamphlet.

Maybe the key word here in describing these men is "former". Sad.

Correction :

As for the self-acclaimed ( Planted FAKE ) Republican in the group of four -

"I used to be a Republican but.... "
When ever I hear a supposed former Republican politician make those statements, I interpret it as ( it was a Democrat plant under cover ).

They did not see the collapse of the Soviet Union coming - end of their credibility for me.

Then the Clinton years probably distilled out most remaining agents who could not buy into the "diversity and sensitivity training" that took prominence in the agency. So we are left with a preponderance of partisans who value their leftist allegiance over their American allegiance.

Their behavior seems similar to what is happening in states where we now have Republican governors but lifetime-entrenched Democrat legislatures and bureaucracies. Serious nasty political warfare.
