I have no problems with this.

It would enormously reduce the testosterone in a man, even if it wouldn't keep his mind clean. But without the testes, he will be much less likely to do anything.

Of course, a testosterone patch could temporarily reduce it. Conceivably, one could get a future testicular implant from a donor or grown for himself in a dish. I would expect laws should address these in some form, too.

A man does not deserve to keep either his nuts or his pee pee after a violent sex crime.

While this may be apples and oranges but what about Viagra.

Recently I believe sex offender's were being prescribed this medication and the government picks up the bill.

You do give food for thought on the long term issues. Thank you for the comment, friend.
