Given I have a CPL, and carry a .357. here in the states I'd have made certain he wasn't walking as he tried to leave. I'd at least made it so he'd be easy to find. the detectives could follow the blood trail.I may only carry a .40 cal. Glock, but my Starfire rounds would have left a hole big enough in his torso to shove that backpack through. :)
