Instead of tracking these AQ suspects, why don't they just arrest them and deport them?
Why send your problem elsewhere, where they can recharge and try again? Just arrest then and send them to Gitmo.

A Freeper had a suggestion of using the Falklands for terrorist detention. I like the Falklanders too much for that, but we do have a number of islands we could use for the purpose, including the shark infested British Indian Ocean Territory.
