I know what I've been told but if this is such a fantasy land to you then explain Novak's own statement about his source? "Confidential CIA Sources" usually have more than one journalistic contact. If Rove or Libby was Miller's source why is she in jail after a waiver was given for release of confidentiality?

For someone who purports to know something about this story, you must not be following what Novak has said. After getting the info from his two 'senior administration' sources, HE contacted the CIA for comment and/or confirmation. The person who made the inital comments referenced in your quote was a press officer, not a confidential source.
I'll leave you to figure out the inherent contradiction in your scenario - but since it came from someone in the 'MSM,' why do you find it credible?
