Illness forces Rockefeller out of governor's race (prayers) Senate in 2008?

Lt. Gov. Win Rockefeller withdrew from the race for Arkansas governor Tuesday, announcing he had been diagnosed with a blood disorder that is a precursor to leukemia.

Rockefeller will stop all activity in his race for the 2006 Republican gubernatorial nomination to pursue a bone marrow transplant. Recovery time could be as long as a year, he said in a late afternoon news conference.

1 yr recovery time... just enough time to start to mount a campaign against Pryor.. Take that long to get over the Pryor dynasty (his father and grandfather were Gov or something) in AR...
