Yippie, it's 1973 again, where did I put that DeFranco Family record? B-) I remember then Congress did the same thing and a lot of parents complained about sending the kids to school in the dark. I was in 1st grade then and we had to use flashlights to go to the bus stop. It was fun playing "German Spotlight" and "Star Trek phaser" though. B-)

I was hoping someone would bring this up. I remember driving to work and the kids freezing out there in the road with flashlights and reflectors (upstate NY). It was a little dangerous.
