London (KurdisMedia.com) 22 July 2005: The head of the Kirkuk city council, Rizgar Ali, strongly condemned those members of the Iraqi Assembly who visited Turkey secretly, reported the Kurdish daily Kurdistani Niwe on Tuesday.
Some members of the Iraqi Assembly secretly visited Turkey and met with Turkish officials in a small town. “We, as the members of the [Kirkuk] City Council, regard this [visit] act illegal,” Ali said.
