On the contrary. One of the alphabet networks cited a story of a guy that threw a backpack kinda thing into a train, then ran up the platform.

Irate citizens saw him and everyone started shouting "Hey, stop" and chasing him. Somehow the guy ended up running into a hospital where police took him into custody.

Pretty confused still but one to listen for :)
