I did the same thing with my ST Pete/Clearwater home two months ago. I was up 72% in 16 months! I decided to take the money are run. I moved back to the Dallas Texas suburbs where I moved to Florida from. Bought a beautiful home in an upscale neighborhood for less than half the price of Florida. DFW has not experienced a bubble as many other locations in the country.

The same thing is going on in WIlmington NC. They are just starting to experienece now what we have had in the Boston area for the past 5 years.
