It's particularly interesting to see that each attack since 9/11 has claimed fewer casualties and less infrastructure damage. If AQ wasn't on the run, I wonder if that would be the case.
Very good point about less casualties of each sucessive terrorist strike in the West. By going after them we took out most of their experts that trained for years. Maybe now these guys have only been training for weeks or months. Plus there are less places for covert training.
