Its time to show the Democrats they can be on the receiving end of their high-handedness too. Call it just desserts. There's nothing better than the sight of the GOP showing spine.

Good grief, Charlie Brown!!! What is it? It can't be. A Republican Seantor with balls. I didn't know such an animal existed. This must be a new species, brought into existance by contact with the "Cowboy" from Texas. Let's hope they continue to grow.

"There's nothing better than the sight of the GOP showing spine."

Albeit, only a small glimpse. If they had more. . .Kerry would be testifying before a Grand Jury as we speak; as would Valerie Plame and her lying husband. And Harry would have given up his public Rove charade.

Takes a verbal tank to stop these people; this was closer to a game of hi-jinx.

Though I appreciate the effort; I hope it was a kind of practice for the Repubs; they need it and I hope we see more evidence that they are not 'going to take it anymore'.

And not much rarer. Who knows - maybe the GOP is finally ready to shed its Harvey Milquetoast image.

Maybe, but I'm not willing to wax too hopeful at this point.
