I was thinking about the same guy. Last I heard, he was suing the US for false arrest or something. Do you think we were stupid enough to let this guy go, or do you think they let him go hoping he'd lead us to more highly placed terrorists?
I think that the partial print was not enough for a conviction and that they let the guy go, but are watching him closely. I think that the law suit is an effort to get the authorities to back off.
