I recently joined Congresswoman Lynn Woolsey at a press conference to highlight our legislation to provide greater protection to a larger portion of California’s coast. Her bill in the House, and mine in the Senate, would extend the boundaries of the Gulf of the Farallones and Cordell Bank National Marine Sanctuaries to provide better protection to these areas by making it more difficult to drill for oil in them.
These women are so far off track. They are trying to take over the whole coast.
