First of all, he's not an animal. Yes, he acts like one, but he's a human being. That's not my assessment but God's in His word. Can he be rehabilitated? Probably not. Statistics aren't very encouraging. But I'm not saying that he should be rehabilitated. This man should NEVER be free to be on the streets again. If he remains behind bars, then he will not victimize another innocent person. I do believe in the death penalty, but I think we should use it carefully. It should be used in cases of treason and first-degree murder. I might add other instances in there as well, but they don't come to me now.
