Same side of the street as the Fetus, but down the next block. Much larger store with the word "10,000" in red paint prominently displayed. Its close to the casino if you recall where that is.
Its very dusty inside but I've found some excellent old LPs in their record racks.

The Electic Fetus is a record store. The shop you're thinking of is (was) indeed Carlson's used bookstore, which is no longer in business.
