I don't even bother with snopes. A few years ago I read every book about Clinton and his evil partner in crime aka Hitlery that I could find. Then, just to see what snopes had to say, I checked a couple of things particularly about Hillary. (can't remember what they are now, but there were referenced, footnoted, and so on.)

Snopes denied the truth. They are liberal. They are not the absolute truth. You can google just as well as they can. And google isn't foolproof either.

I suppose you may be right. I mostly use it for the multi-forwarded email messages I get with unbelievable warnings, stories, etc. They seem to do a good job of debunking that stuff.
