Kudos to Bush. It is HIS administration, not the Democraps. He has every right to nominate ANY judge that he chooses. The Lieberals had their power in the 90's. Now, it is our turn. Yet, you lieberals will not confirm Roberts. We will play ball. Punt!
I don't think this is a true nomination. Bush gets to appease the religious right, show the Dems to be obstructionists and then nominate Gonzalez, who he wanted in the first place.
