Most Blessed Mother, go to your son for me that he heals this child...for he will not refuse you. You were there on a day that was to be joyous, as Simeon told you a sword will pierce your heart, as Our Lord was beaten, carrying the cross on his way to Golgotha, you saw him suffer and you know a mother's pain more than any of us. Ask your son to help this mother to perservere, have courage, patience and to be willing to accept whatever outcome she is given. I ask this through Our Lord Jesus Christ in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God forever and ever. Amen.

As a mother and a grandmother, I'm well aware of the joys of children but also the awful anxiety when serious problems occur. I will trust that the doctors treating Brad will find the answer and heal him, and that you and his parents and family realize the faith and strength you already have. This is my prayer for you.

I ask your healing hand upon this young boy and his parents and hospital staff. I invoke the prayers in Psalms 46: "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble,..."
and
Psalm 91: (all, but especially) "Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night, nor for the arrow that flieth by day, Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness, nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday." ... "There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come near thy dwelling."
Father, thank you for Your Word, and I claim it in the name of Jesus for this young boy! Thank you, Amen.
