Roberts argued what President Bush told him to argue. Whether he believed that argument is another matter. I have high hopes that he did.
Bush? Roberts hasn't argued anything for Bush. Possibly Bush 41, Reagan for sure, but not Bush 43--at least not that I've heard yet.
