I predict delaying tactics, beginning in committee, and possibly even a real filibuster on the floor.

It will get through Cmte. in a reasonable amount of time. The filibuster will be nuked if it occurs, the bipartisan support lawyer letter and the voice vote confirmation two years ago will make the "extreme" case impossible to pin on Judge Roberts. THe Democrats will split into Suicidal and not-yet-Suicidal.

I think there will be delaying tactics in committee, as I said, but they won't be terminal.

The Dims need to be extremely careful not to trigger the Constitutional Option on the floor. They will lose that issue, IMO.
