Schumer complaining there were many questions not answered when he was first nominated and he intends to get answers. Wasn't that the same argument they had with Ginsburg who actually refused to answer and that didn't preclude her from being appointed.
So we now know Schumer, Kennedy and Durbin voted against this nominee.

Advice is free and numerous but I believe Judge Roberts would be in no danger in answering many pointed, loaded question: "As I believe was a wise position, Justice Ginsburg felt it important to not comment on issues that are in process to be considered by the Supreme Court."
