Just like Clinton's pick, the ACLU lawyer Ginsberg was grilled, right?
She just kept saying a SCJ shouldn't have to answer questions on how they MIGHT rule. And it was accepted by both Demos and Pubs, and she was confirmed - and has constantly voted the liberal, big government line.
Of course, this is an evil conservative. The rules are different for us.
