The reason I asked for anyone to prove Roberts is conservative is because I have seen nothing to prove his judicial philosophy, one way or the other.

So, since you didn't have any proof that he's a lib or whatever, you decided to be the turd in the punch bowl and come over here stomping you dainty little foot and demanding others do your research for you.

Read the thread Bubba, you'll see several references to back up Judge Roberts bonfires. Sufficient proof to anyone who's not out to defame the man before the shine is even off his nomination.

But I have my suspicions thats all you're after.

If you want to hurt my feelings, using a grade school taunt is sure going to do it. You can call me a punk or anything else your limited ability allows, but this is adult time now. We don't use that kind of language. If you want to stay up and listen to the adults talk, you'll have to control yourself.

Sounds like you got some homework to do, chief. Maybe you should get to it instead of taunting people and demanding that they do it for you.

Let's see. He's a member of the Federalist Society. His wife is Executive VP of Feminists for Life. He worked for Reagan. He worked for Judge Friendly. He worked for Chief Justice Rehnquist. He has authored 40 opinions on the DC Circuit, only two of which have garnered dissents. He argued, on behalf of the Bush 41 administration, that Roe was a poor legal decision. Conservatives who know him all rave.

I doubt that rises to the bar you were setting, but I think for most reasonable folks, they would think the ball is in your court to prove he is not a good conservative, the way the ball is in Schumer's court to prove he's not an eminently qualified Supreme Court nominee.
