LOL. It will be a bit more subtle than that. There will be lots of stare decisis questions, and they will go through his hired gun briefs, and ask him whether he thought this or that was a meritorious argument, or whether he was just silly buggering. Roberts will say he was hired to fashion the best arguments possible, and no they were not frivolous, but there are counter arguments, and they include, etc, etc.

Schumer will have his work cut out for him. Schumer is smart, but not remotely in the Roberts category, and Roberts is used to back and forth. Biden will just waste air time, bloviating.
