Brian Wilson just reporting on FNC that Durbin has thrown down the gauntlet and issued a statement that Roberts is CONTROVERSIAL. What a POS.

So we now know Schumer, Kennedy and Durbin voted against this nominee.
Just like Clinton's pick, the ACLU lawyer Ginsberg was grilled, right?
She just kept saying a SCJ shouldn't have to answer questions on how they MIGHT rule. And it was accepted by both Demos and Pubs, and she was confirmed - and has constantly voted the liberal, big government line.
Of course, this is an evil conservative. The rules are different for us.

Not the PSY WAR being launched into by the Democrats as early as 9:16 p.m. Eastern Time. This is psy war, fire a bunch of salvos and try to scare the opposition. THey will come out one after the other tonight on this, but we will not retreat but merely strike out against them and move forward to confirmation. They think they can psyche out the good guys. Doing a lousy job so far.
