Schumer is a complete putz, and he looks like a bigger @ss every time he opens his mouth. Roberts will be confirmed, so if he wants to waste his energy and breath, whatever.

Ya'll didn't miss anything of substance. Roberts appears to be a rock solid conservative, Hewitt has high praise, as does Laura Ingraham and others. The DUers are on suicide watch, and getting ready for a battle. very few doubters on FR tonight but still a couple.
All in all a red letter day, I'm going to bed in a few...

The fact that the Democrats interviewed who said they had no clue about Roberts after the announcement was made should tell you one thing, they don't have the guts to tell the American people they don't like the guy, including that "Gang Of 14" dork Mark Pryor of Arkansas.

In Roberts case it's the opposite. We are pretty certain he IS a conservative. Yes, you are right, there were other candidates, about whom we are more certain. But this one is pretty GOOD and is a cause for celebration.
It's nice to see HAPPY CONSERVATIVES for a change. : )
