I'm hoping there's more going on here and that he's not just a stealth Souter....
There's zero chance he is a Souter.
There's an outside chance he could become a Kennedy ... same is true of almost any nominee.
My take is that he's not quite a Scalia, most likely a Rehnquist ... and that's not half bad.
