Not everything Bush does is bad. However, his open borders position, unbridaled spending, redistribution of wealth programs, and a war he should never have started etc... far outweigh a supreme court nomination.

"Fought a successful war on terrorists."

All right, I'll grant you the war on terror and the tax cuts. But what else has he done for us?"

"Abortion. Don't forget he signed the PBA bill, banned abortions at military bases and with UN money."

"Ok, ok, tax cuts, war on terror, abortion, but aside from those what has he done?"

"Judges. He got conservative judges confirmed."
