IT DOESN'T MATTER WHAT BOXER SAYS.
Boxer is one of the chief moonbats, like Schumer, that would filibuster Fidel Castro if he were nominated by a Republican. This is not news.
What matters, but only to a limited degree, is whether any of the Gang of 14 consider this an "extraordinary circumstance." I doubt it.
Even that doesn't ultimately matter, as long as Frist and 49 Republicans (and the Vice President) have the guts to end this BS if a filibuster is attempted.
Boxer is just trying to fire up her base--MoreOn.borg and the Whine Cellar.
Ignore her.
And that's why they'll eventually find SOMETHING to label Roberts as 'unacceptable'.
The Senate Dem's have to filibuster Roberts. The wild-eyed now control the party and call the tune. It's kind'a like in 'Outlaw Josey Wales'... where the bounty-hunter comes back into the bar.
