The grandmother of a 6-year-old Southeast boy discovered his body in a bathtub early yesterday with his hands tied behind his back and his ankles bound, Metropolitan Police said. Police said the boy's grandmother found him at the Wheeler Park Apartments at about 8 a.m. They said the boy's body had likely been in the bathtub for a few hours at most. Police would not comment officially on the cause of death, nor would they say whether there was water in the bathtub when the boy was found. The boy was identified as Don Miguel Wilson. "It's very disturbing any time you have a child that becomes a murder victim," said Metropolitan Police Chief Charles H. Ramsey. "But in a case like this, where it's particularly sadistic, that really is outrageous." Chief Ramsey would not comment on any details of the ongoing investigation, but he said he was "very optimistic" that the case would be solved. Capt. C.V. Morris, head of the police department's Violent Crimes Branch, said no one was home at the time the grandmother found the body. Relatives contacted the boy's mother. Capt. Morris said she was cooperating with the investigation.

Evil. Absolutely evil.
I am sickened, just sickened...
Dear lord in heaven,
that poor baby!
"The people who are doing this need help."
Right, lady. They should be taught how to dance on the end of a rope!
Caught this on the news last night. Very sad. Other than the way the boy was found, seeing stories like this is all to common around these parts.
Some body missed a drug payment!
