Arms folded tightly in front of her. That is a sign that the person being interviewed totally opposes what is being said; or that he/she doesn't like the speaker/questioner.

Not necessarily. It can be a comfort thing--self-hugging--response to anxiety. Folded arms can also indicate restraint--i.e., keeping things 'close to the vest'.

Somehow, Arlene doesn't look to me to be the type who has to do "self-hugging".

Maybe it was cold in Aruba last night? ;)
