I note she joins in dissents with Edith Jones most of the time. Certainly seems conservative to me.

I thought people said yesterday all her cases had to do with maritime. Most of those are real cases there that matter and give some insight into her philosophy.

I would like to see some more social issue cases to get a better reading, but she certainly seems conservative.

They did, among tons of other "She's not the right one" drivel that was posted.

That ought to tell us something; people here are actively working against our agenda.

LOL. She does have a lot of those, that's for sure. I've never read any of them cuz the subject doesn't interest me. A search at the 5th circuit site shows that she's written 85 opinions, maybe 20 are seamen-related cases. Search "EDITH BROWN CLEMENT, Circuit Judge" here if you care to browse.

Yup. She joined the dissent from denial of rehearing en banc in the GDF Realty commerce clause case, a very Thomas-like dissent. That dissent alone makes her okay in my book.
