Maybe so. For the 32 years before 2000, I had a pretty good track record at predicting voters. After GWB was elected--and FR became a virtual Pubbie cheering section--I, frankly, don't know what will happen.

I'm just pretty cynical, considering the rah-rah false dichotomy rhetoric about the two party system. To tell the truth, my first vote for a third party candidate (first ever for a non-Republican) in 2004 was liberating. I recommend it.

You are not going to lead an exodus of conservatives to questionable third parties.

Second, FR a Republican cheering section? perhaps if you wish credibility you might want to amend that remark. Republicans are savaged quite often, never more so than in aftermath of the filibuster deal which the Majority strongly denounced.
