Posting will be light as I am conducting some pretaped interviews and collecting opinions by Judge Clement. I am cheered by her vote in the Cave Bug case and assured by those who know her record well that she is a solid conservative and not a Souter.

Weren't we assured that Souter was a solid conservative?
I don't remember anybody ever assuring anybody (convincingly) that Souter was a conservative - at least nobody outside NH
