my gosh, jumping the gun a bit aren't you?
She's a appeals court judge who should be expected to say that "Roe" is settled law.
She's a Federalist society member, you don't keep that standing without knowing that by that title you likely have given up some invitations and back-pats from the elites.
Do you really, really want a 5-4 "Roe" reversal?
The only way you change Roe is to change the culture.

You are right that there will not be a 5-4 reversal of Roe. There will be a 5-4 reversal of Stenberg. Then Casey. Then Doe-v-Bolton. By the time we try Roe again, there will be 6 or 7 votes against it.

The only way you change Roe is to change the culture.

That's a fortune cookie platitude: Sounds high-minded, but it's hokum.

The way you change Roe is...to change Roe.

Of course overturning Roe will not by itself totally transform the culture. It will only return the decision to the elected legislatures, where it rightly, constitutionally resided -- pre-Roe.

As Ann Coulter says in her excellent column (linked by nina0113 right below your post), all the hearts that can be changed, have changed, after 32 years of Roe. And after 40 million+ destroyed babies.

Time for Roe to go.
