In my world, the word "beautiful" is an adjective that I only apply to my wife.
Both of the women I mentioned appear quite presentable, IMHO, so I don't know what one you are thinking of in your question.
If you can't tell the difference in terms of beauty between the two Ediths then you may be blind.
