I just think it's funny that O'Connor (and probably Rehnquist) held out until President Bush was RE-elected (not selected) by such a nice margin, and now the leftists have to decide if they can hold out for another THREE YEARS and MAYBE get a Dem back in the WH! I sure hope not. Wouldn't that be delicious to have Bush chose 3 and the new Chief? Luttig, Miguel Estrada, Brown, Owen... lots of good choices.
As stated I just hope his choices are (1) Young, (2) in good health and (3) will stay on the bench until old age. LOL
