No, we need to save JRB for the CJ seat when Rehnquist exits. Then Jeff Sessions for the first liberal Justice retirement.

I'm pulling for Janice Rogers Brown, myself. Not only is she very strong and principled, but it'll immediately put the Liberal 14's Senate hijacking to the test.

If they think she's too extreme for SCOTUS, but were willing to confirm her to a lower court, that's the most crystal clear evidence that they're merely playing partisan politics to entrench liberalism in SCOTUS that I could envision.
