well he has appointed many judges so far and i haven't heard any complaints- except from the left
so i am very optimistic.
They way i look at it is- if the left is complaining
W is doing his job.
Let's hope that the Rats are complaining after the SCOTUS nomination comes out.
My fingers are crossed for Alex Kozinski.
