I'm gonna make a prediction that it will be Edith Jones or Michael Luttig. I'm glad he is making this a prime time nomination, that will give him a chance to tell the Senate what their Constitutional role is, and demand that they do it.
I don't know enough about Clement to know whether she would be another Souter or another Thomas.
I don't know if it will be Clement or Jones, but I would bet a lot of money it's not Luttig.
