Airport & City Taxi (919) 858-8484
see #1232..regards
Hope this time turns out as good as the last time.
No, we need to save JRB for the CJ seat when Rehnquist exits. Then Jeff Sessions for the first liberal Justice retirement.
I still say Janice Rogers Brown would be the best choice!!!
Talk about courting the black community...this would be a media buster and the d(s)would just blow a gasket!!!

46 million dead babies...whoever isn't with 'em, you know?
It's implied!

I have been there under deep cover since the beginning of the year or so. Until I was outed by Bob Novak and Karl Rove.....
I'm pulling for Janice Rogers Brown, myself. Not only is she very strong and principled, but it'll immediately put the Liberal 14's Senate hijacking to the test.
If they think she's too extreme for SCOTUS, but were willing to confirm her to a lower court, that's the most crystal clear evidence that they're merely playing partisan politics to entrench liberalism in SCOTUS that I could envision.
Thank you, FRiend.
I have other things to do so right now I need to run. II'll be checking back in, hopefully before The Big Announcement!
I got your back! Take care!
I thought Hannity said Ruth Furtel was going to be the nominee.
According to Bench Memo's at NRO:
"John King just now on CNN speculating on Janice Rogers Brown as a "wild card.""
You have 4 hours and 45 minutes....
Didn't they also have Phil Donahue not long ago?? Sources. Trusted. NOT.;)
thanks for pointing me to the Clement decisions,
she looks fine to me based on these.
The item where she claimed Roe v. Wade was "settled" is a non-issue to me. She was an appellate judge and her duty is to uphold the Supreme Court decisions. This has no bearing on how she would rule as a SCOTUS judge.
The Dems are saying that the President is only successful if his nominee can be passed 99-0. What a crock, they also think that if Bush will give them a squishy pick then he will get his economic agenda passed. Yeah right.
His only choice is a strict originalist for this pick, and a battle royale. They are going to fight him every step of the way anyway.
