If Plame and Wilson are allowed to pull of this scam on the American public the dems will view the CIA as they do the courts,a political wing.
They will try to enlist as many as possible at the CIA to be an operative and use their status as a agent(or not)to be an untouchable political assassin.
If no one can challenge them without threat of scandal or indictment they are free to work against the policies of the President without recourse.

I have read some articles (like David Horowitz') that pretty much say that Plame/Wilson DID use the CIA as a dem political wing and that is why she suggested him to go to Niger...
