Even after Rwanda and countless other places where murder and mayhem and genocide have become common place in Africa , here we see a leader openly and plainly egging his supporters on to the exact same kind of behavior. It is ridiculous !
How long will the world tolerate this behavior from such rogue leaders? Next time he flies anywhere , shoot him the hell down .Think of the lives it will save if we just start taking them out at the first opportunity. This man should last another year .
