Just as an aside, why do media always specify that it was fighter "jets"?

Does the USAF, USN, or Marine air field propellor-driven fighters?

Why not just "aircraft"?

Why not just "aircraft"?

"Jets" to distinguish them from the vehicles operated by anti-gravity drive ... They're all based at Area 51, but can instantaneously transport themselves anywhere with a clear view of the southern sky.

You heard it first on FR!!!

What are those men in black suits getting out of the big black Lincoln doing ?????
