"Giving a person a recreational drug"
Really?
I've got bad news for you. Everything that you listed is a criminal death.

I didn't suggest it wasn't a criminal death, Cardozo. I just was explaining how it could be accidental, that's all.

Seems like the body was wrapped in duct tape, perhaps with weights, and dumped off the far side of the island. That suggests that more than one person was involved in "preparing" and dumping the body. Based on that theory it takes more than one person to prepare the body.......who helped SCOTT PETERSON????

Agree, Hitman. Could very well have been "accidental". But if there was a coverup, then it becomes a crime..I would guess :)

Vinny, criminal conduct cannot be synonymous with accidental.

It's not synonymous, but I didn't say it was.
I am saying that an accidental death can be criminal. That's not to say all accidents are criminal, of course.
Why is this complicated?

Sure. Someone may accidentally cause a death and be criminally culpable for the death. Add a coverup, and that could likely be a crime, too.

"Why is this..."
Because the two examples you gave in post #39 are both a crime. First, having possesion of illegal drugs, giving same to a person and your third from example two is forcing illegal drugs on another person. Any of these alone equals jail time. Add a death and you may be looking at felony time in the joint.

Apparently hurricanes do not go near Aruba. That's one of the tourist selling points for the island.

WOW!
Thank you for going to the trouble of giving me such a detailed analysis. I appreciate it.
Thank you again!

I have wondered if the hurricans have passed near there and if this might reveal her location.
I believe there's a lot of sharks there!?!

" If the hairs were ripped out of her head, the bulbs at the bottom will supply the DNA for an exact match with Holloway. If they are just loose hair, the best that can be said is "the hair is consistent with the hair of the subject." I think there are new tests now that don't require the root, like in the past.

I cannot believe it has taken these island yahoos this long to come up with potentially damning evidence. The Arubans are the Laurel and Hardy of law enforcement.

Why is it any more ridiculous than any other story being covered?
Some of us would like to see those responsible held accountable and punished. The story is of interest to us. If it is not of interest to you, why even bother reading these posts?
To: Deguello
I explicitly said it was a crime. I was illustrating how a death can be accidental, and yet still be criminal.
