Two officers suffered minor injuries in the struggle, police said.

With a guy in a wheelchair?

Not at all suprising. Even assuming he no longer had the knife at this point, they were probably trying to subdue him without putting him on the ground like they would normally do. He probably has very strong arms and may have been drunk enough to bite the cops.

The Wheelchair, Was/Is a weapon, He (the prep.) could've rolled over their boots/shoes...rammed them....on a full battery charge. s/off
